As Earth Month came to a close, our associates got a firsthand look at what a more sustainable future can look like.

Through Southeast Toyota’s BEVolution Ride & Drive, they explored Toyota’s BEV lineup
and learned how choosing electric vehicles can make a meaningful impact on reducing

Exciting news from JM&A Group!

JM&A Group and @WomeninAuto have announced a strategic scholarship and sponsorship partnership designed to accelerate the next generation of women leaders in automotive retail.
Beginning April 2026, this partnership will award two annual scholarships (valued at approximately $4,000 each) to WIA members or conference attendees to participate in JM&A Group’s Career Advancement Program.

This initiative reflects a shared commitment to equitable access, leadership development and industrywide advancement.

Our Jacksonville associates, joined by family and friends, spent their Saturday shell-abrating at the Tree Hill Nature Center (@treehillnaturecenter), helping build a new tortoise enclosure. 🐢

Clearing the area and assembling the fencing helped create a safer, happier habitat for these gentle creatures. We’re grateful for the volunteers' time, teamwork and love for local wildlife.

In honor of Women’s History Month, we’re pleased to spotlight JM&A Group’s Career Advancement Program (CAP), designed to elevate and empower women leaders across the automotive industry.

Since its launch in 2023, CAP has made a measurable impact:
• 61 alumnae
• 25% of participants have advanced their careers
• 3 graduates continued their development through the NADA Academy

These outcomes reflect more than professional growth. They represent strengthened confidence, expanded leadership and new doors opening across
the industry.

Another CEO Build is in the books! 🏡

JM Family President and CEO Dan Chait, along with JM Family Board Member and event Co-Chair Brent Burns, joined local business leaders, homeowners and volunteers for Habitat for Humanity of Broward’s (@HabitatBroward)seventh annual CEO Build, a signature initiative addressing the region’s growing need for affordable workforce housing in one of the nation’s most cost-burdened housing markets.

Participants worked together to advance the construction of new homes at the BBI Village community in Fort Lauderdale.
