Our Jacksonville associates, joined by family and friends, spent their Saturday shell-abrating at the Tree Hill Nature Center (@treehillnaturecenter), helping build a new tortoise enclosure. 🐢

Clearing the area and assembling the fencing helped create a safer, happier habitat for these gentle creatures. We’re grateful for the volunteers' time, teamwork and love for local wildlife.

Since its launch in 2023, CAP has made a measurable impact:
• 61 alumnae
• 25% of participants have advanced their careers
• 3 graduates continued their development through the NADA Academy

These outcomes reflect more than professional growth. They represent strengthened confidence, expanded leadership and new doors opening across
the industry.

Another CEO Build is in the books! 🏡

JM Family President and CEO Dan Chait, along with JM Family Board Member and event Co-Chair Brent Burns, joined local business leaders, homeowners and volunteers for Habitat for Humanity of Broward’s (@HabitatBroward)seventh annual CEO Build, a signature initiative addressing the region’s growing need for affordable workforce housing in one of the nation’s most cost-burdened housing markets.

Participants worked together to advance the construction of new homes at the BBI Village community in Fort Lauderdale.
