The Jim Moran Foundation

The Jim Moran Foundation

Jim Moran established The Foundation in 2000 to improve the quality of life for the youth and families of Florida through the support of innovative programs and opportunities that meet the ever-changing needs of the community. Through a long-term grant agreement, JM Family provides significant funding to The Jim Moran Foundation for many years to come based upon a percentage of JM Family's profits.

Youth Automotive Training Center

The mission of the Youth Automotive Training Center, founded in 1984 by Jim Moran, is to train and educate at-risk youth in basic automotive repair, academic remediation, job readiness and life management skills.

The African-American Achievers awards honor outstanding individuals who invest their time and talents to enrich South Florida while inspiring others to do the same. Jim Moran established the program in 1992.
