2020 Equality Statement

At JM Family, we are committed to racial equality in our nation and in our company. 
 
While we continue our company’s decades-long legacy of supporting the communities in which we operate, both financially and with the commitment of our personal time and energy, we will increase our support of community organizations fighting for equality in all aspects of life. The work of our community partners, such as Youth Automotive Training Center, African-American Achievers, Habitat for Humanity, Boys & Girls Clubs, Big Brothers Big Sisters, UNCF, 100 Black Men, YMCA, Youth In Need, and so many more who do so much to support minority communities, is more important than ever and we will continue to volunteer our time and provide financial support to them. 

 
We have also made an additional donation to the Urban League, a long-standing community partner of ours dedicated to protecting civil rights, justice and racial equality. Finally, we are resolved to increase our efforts to make our workplace even better. We are proud of the culture we share and protect at JM Family through our actions and how we treat one another. 
 
We will do our part to help build strong and unified communities for everyone.
