Derick Marsh

Derick Marsh is CEO of Rollease Acmeda, a leading specialty distributor of window covering systems, and a subsidiary of JM Family Enterprises, Inc., a privately held company with more than $20 billion in revenue and more than 5,000 associates. Rooted in automotive and united in its strong culture and core values, JM Family is in the business of helping other businesses succeed. 

As CEO, Marsh spearheads strategy and manages the executive leadership team. A recognized industry leader with more than 30 years of experience, he first joined the company as a director in 1998 before being named CEO in 2005. Prior to joining Rollease Acmeda, he was a private equity executive with UK-based Gartland Whalley and Barker plc, which he joined from his position as outside legal counsel while a partner at Gardner, Carton & Douglas in Chicago, Illinois (now Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP). 

Marsh has been a Window Covering Manufacturers Association (WCMA) executive committee member for more than 10 years. In that role, his principal function has been to lead the industry in its efforts to develop safety standards for corded window coverings. Marsh also served as a member of the board of directors of the Window Covering Association of America (WCAA), which represents the large group of smaller window covering manufacturers and designers.  

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Political Science from Georgetown University and a Juris Doctorate from George Washington University. He lives in Delray Beach, Florida with his wife, Angela, and they have two grown sons.
