Scott Blume Joins JM&A Group as Vice President of Fidelity Insurance Agency

Scott Blume has been named group vice president of Fidelity Insurance Agency. In this role, Blume is responsible for setting the direction and alignment of Fidelity Insurance Agency’s operations and sales team for continued growth. The announcement was made by Michael Pritchard, group vice president of Operations, Strategy and Consulting for JM&A Group, a leader in the F&I industry, which is comprised of Jim Moran & Associates, Inc., Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc., Fidelity Insurance Agency, and Courtesy Insurance Company.

For more than 30 years, Fidelity Insurance Agency has offered a diverse portfolio of insurance products, programs and risk-management services geared towards dealerships’ unique requirements. The company draws on its extensive program and insurance experiences, helping to craft comprehensive initiatives for franchise automobile dealers.

A successful insurance professional, Blume is regarded for his creativity, strong connections, team building and organizational skills, nurtured by his more than 20 years of executive leadership experience. Most recently he served as the president and head of sales and operations at Dealer Insurance Partners, LLC. Blume also has experience with independent agency ownership along with several years with MetLife Auto and Home, Travelers and Allstate.

Blume received his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Stony Brook University in Stony Brook, New York. He and his wife, Jill, reside in Boynton Beach, Florida.
