Futura Title & Escrow, LLC, a JM Family Enterprises company, recently made another significant investment in pursuit of its growth strategy with the acquisition of Momentum Title Agency, LLC which serves counties located in and around the Louisville Metro area in Kentucky and Indiana.

Momentum was founded in 2018 by husband and wife, James Michael Kemp and Laurie Kemp, and is headquartered in Jeffersonville, Indiana. The company serves eleven counties with three primary locations in and around the Louisville Metro area. Momentum offers professional real estate title examinations and residential and commercial closing services. Its primary focus is on building a business with strong relationships and customer service as its top priority.
