JM&A Group and Women In Automotive® (WIA) Announce Strategic Scholarship and Sponsorship Partnership

JM&A Group, a trusted leader in Finance & Insurance (F&I) excellence and comprehensive solutions, announces its partnership with Women In Automotive® (WIA), an organization dedicated to the advancement and advocacy of women in the automotive industry, to create expanded pathways for high-potential women in automotive retail.
Beginning in April 2026, the partners will join forces to offer a new scholarship program, awarding two scholarships annually valued at approximately $4,000 each to WIA members or conference attendees to participate in JM&A Group’s Career Advancement Program. The initiative features a four-day, in-person professional development experience hosted at JM&A Group’s headquarters in Deerfield Beach, Fla. Each scholarship includes up to $2,000 in travel, lodging and meals, as well as dedicated mentorship and networking opportunities curated to support long-term career growth.
