JM Family Enterprises Recognized as Outstanding Corporation by Association of Fundraising Professionals During 37th Annual National Philanthropy Day Celebration

JM Family Enterprises was honored as the Outstanding Corporation by the Fort Lauderdale/Broward Chapter of the Association for Fundraising Professionals for its innovative approach to philanthropy and dedication to addressing equity, empowering families, promoting education and embracing the environment. The company received nominations from several esteemed community partner organizations, including Habitat for Humanity of Broward, United Way of Broward County, Kids in Distress, Boys and Girls Club of Broward County, Broward Partnership, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Broward County and Youth Automotive Training Center of Broward.

Nearly 250 guests gathered at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts Mary Porter Ballroom to celebrate the generosity of nine outstanding local donors, volunteers, foundations, corporations, and leaders in recognition of National Philanthropy Day. This marked the 37th annual event hosted by the Association of Fundraising Professionals – Fort Lauderdale/Broward Chapter, with Kim Sarni, Managing Director of South Florida Business & Wealth, Lifestyle Media, and South Florida Legal Guide, and Chapter President Jim DeChant, Senior Major Gifts Officer at Broward College, serving as emcees.
