Seasoned Franchising Executive Takes on New Leadership Role in Addition to Current Position as President of Two Maids
Home Franchise Concepts, a subsidiary of JM Family Enterprises, announced the expanded leadership role of Paul Ebert as the new President of Aussie Pet Mobile, a mobile pet grooming service for dogs and cats. Ebert currently serves as President of Two Maids, the leading residential cleaning franchise, and will now oversee both brands. Ebert has an extensive background in finance and joined Two Maids in 2019 to lead the brand’s financial strategies before taking on the role as President a year later. In this new role with Aussie Pet Mobile, he looks forward to capitalizing on the recent trends of increased pet ownership and providing the services that are proving to be so highly in demand.

Ebert’s goal for Aussie Pet Mobile is to build the brand’s continued success through driving efficiency, and ultimately profitability, to its franchise owners. He also plans on developing systems and processes to empower owners to be better at recruiting, training and retaining groomers. With strategic van utilization, franchisee incentivization perks and the introduction of new user-friendly programming for recruitment and retention, the Aussie Pet Mobile team is planning for 500 total vans by 2025.
