Steve Artusi

Stephen P. Artusi is senior vice president, general counsel and corporate services at JM Family Enterprises, Inc., a privately held company with more than $20 billion in revenue and more than 5,000 associates. Rooted in automotive and united in its strong culture and core values, JM Family is in the business of helping other businesses succeed.

In his role, Artusi is responsible for day-to-day legal matters across the company, heading all Legal departments, while also leading the Enterprise Risk Office and Government Relations departments. Additionally, he oversees Associate Services, Enterprise Services, Corporate Services and Corporate Community Impact.

After joining JM Family in 2005 as an associate counsel, Artusi was promoted to various roles of increasing responsibility throughout JM Family, including deputy general counsel for JM Family’s Treasury department, and vice president and general counsel of World Omni Financial Corp., a subsidiary of JM Family and a leading provider of financial services to automotive dealers, consumers and lenders.

Prior to joining JM Family, Artusi was an associate at law firms Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and Holland & Knight LLP where his practice focused on corporate finance and securities transactions; mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures; corporate governance; and general commercial transactions.

Artusi serves on the board of directors of the Volunteer Florida Foundation and is a member of the American Bar Association and Florida and Texas State Bar Associations. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and law degree from the University of Houston. Artusi resides in Highland Beach, Florida with his wife and has six children.
