Liza Greene is assistant vice president and chief human resources officer of JM Family Holdings, a subsidiary of JM Family Enterprises Inc., a privately held company with $24.7 billion in revenue and more than 5,500 associates.
In her role, Greene leads the JM Family Holdings Center HR and Communications function and partners with HR leaders, CEOs and senior leadership teams across JM Family Holdings’ three operating companies to guide strategic people initiatives that support enterprise alignment and operating company performance. She oversees leadership development, compensation and benefits, succession planning, organizational design and key talent decisions.
Greene joined JM Family in 2016 as a senior organizational development consultant. She helped establish the People Strategy function and led talent and change initiatives across multiple business units, including Lexus and Information Technology Services, while advancing inclusion and diversity efforts.
She brings more than 25 years of human resources and consulting experience across the automotive, health care, hospitality and technology industries. Prior to joining JM Family, Greene held roles with Providence Health & Services, Canyon Ranch, MBL Group, RealTime Performance and United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona.
Greene earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in English from Tulane University. She also holds a Master of Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Arizona.
Greene volunteers with Broward County Public Schools, Friendship Circle, local pet shelters and youth sports programs. She lives in Fort Lauderdale with her husband, Kingsley, and their two sons.
