Chad Couch

Chad Couch is senior vice president and chief information officer of JM Family Enterprises, Inc., a privately held company with more than $20 billion in revenue and more than 5,000 associates. Rooted in automotive and united in its strong culture and core values, JM Family is in the business of helping other businesses succeed.

In this role, Couch leads the company’s technology and innovation strategy, identifying new and emerging tech tools and services to support future growth while positioning the company to deliver on its initiatives faster and more efficiently.

Couch has more than two decades of experience in strategy, technology transformation, product development and consumer technology consumption. Prior to joining JM Family, Couch acted as global chief information officer at Brightstar, the world’s largest global wireless distributor and leading services company for the telecommunications industry.

Couch has a degree in engineering from Arkansas State University. He and his wife have four children. Couch is a fan of the South Florida lifestyle, spending his free time on the golf course, at the beach or fishing.
