Cultural Programs and Celebrations   

JM Family honors the diverse array of cultures represented by our associates and communities through monthly cultural celebrations and educational campaigns. These programs strengthen our commitment to inclusion and help connect associates throughout the Enterprise.  

Preparing Our Future Workforce

JM Family Internship Program

With dozens of colleges and universities represented, JM Family’s annual summer internship program offers college and graduate-level students with opportunities to engage in meaningful work experiences that connect with their programs of study.

Rotation Programs

JM Family offers three proprietary rotation programs that attract recent graduates with diverse interests: our ITS Academy, Financial Analyst Rotation Program and a Data Analyst Rotation Program. These programs place recent graduates into roles that align with their professional aspirations and support business needs. JM Family facilitates their development through on-the-job learning, continuous mentorship, and formal training. At the end of the program participants are knowledgeable on several of our business operations and able to contribute to the organization with a unique perspective.
