The company’s Deerfield Beach headquarters has officially earned both WELL Gold Certification from the International WELL Building Institute and LEED Gold and Silver Certifications from the U.S. Green Building Council—a dual recognition that underscores JM Family’s investment in healthier workplaces and sustainable design.

These designations were awarded following a comprehensive, cross-functional effort and reflect the company’s commitment to creating work environments that support the physical, mental and emotional well-being of its associates.

The WELL Building Standard is a global framework for measuring how buildings and organizations support human health. WELL Certification evaluates 10 key concepts: air, water, nourishment, light, movement, thermal comfort, sound, materials, mind and community. By earning WELL Gold, JM Family demonstrates that its workplace strategy prioritizes associate experience and well-being in every detail.
