Corey Benish

Corey Benish is president of Home Franchise Concepts, one of the world’s largest franchising systems in the home services space and a subsidiary of JM Family Enterprises, Inc., a privately held company with $22.8 billion in revenue and more than 5,000 associates.

In his new role, Benish will focus on growing and innovating the Home Franchise Concepts brands by attracting new franchise operators, expanding organic growth opportunities and positioning the company for long-term success through enhanced support and data-driven decision-making. Additionally, he will continue to invest in and cultivate the company’s strong culture through collaboration, associate development, shared goals and elevated performance standards.

Benish comes to Home Franchise Concepts following his most recent role as group vice president and ITS chief operating officer for JM Family Enterprises, where he led the IT and Technology Operations teams in creating value and delivering operational efficiency across the business. With more than 25 years of experience across several industries, Benish joined JM Family in 2022 as the chief technology officer of ITS where he focused on enabling products and services through technology to support the company’s digital future.

He previously supported the enterprise in a consulting capacity, advising Southeast Toyota Finance and JM&A Group through his company, CGNB Associates, which helped businesses understand how technology enables growth, defined technology strategies, and drove execution to achieve new digital capabilities.

Throughout his career, Benish has helped organizations realize enterprise value through digital products and services and held several senior technology roles at companies such as ABC Financial Services, Planet Fitness, National Dentex Corporation and AGA Medical Corporation.

Benish earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in business from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota and attended the prestigious Executive Education program at Columbia Business School in New York. In addition, Benish was a long-time Child Sponsor for Compassion International, sponsoring a child through their graduation.
