Stephen Artusi has been promoted to group vice president and general counsel of JM Family, reporting to Johnson. Caren Williams is moving into a newly established role as vice president and deputy general counsel of Corporate Governance for the company. Additionally, Andre Hall has been promoted to assistant vice president and general counsel for World Omni Financial Corp., a subsidiary of JM Family.

“In July 2014, JM Family centralized legal support for all of the company’s finance-related functions, and this effort to stay ahead of evolving compliance and regulatory demands in the automotive industry has allowed our associates to focus on improving collaboration and increasing efficiencies,” Johnson said. “By further aligning our legal teams we have even greater opportunities to develop our associates, prepare for our future and provide higher levels of support across JM Family.”

In 2014, Stephen Artusi was tasked with leading the finance-related legal operations. In his new position he will be responsible for all day-to-day legal matters across the company. After joining JM Family in 2005 as counsel for JM Family, he became deputy general counsel and was then promoted to vice president and general counsel of World Omni in 2012. All of the company’s legal departments will now report to Artusi.

As vice president and deputy general counsel of Corporate Governance, the primary responsibility of Caren Williams will be to enhance the framework of rules and practices needed to make decisions for all of JM Family’s corporate entities. Williams joined JM Family in 1996 and became vice president and deputy general counsel in 2005.

Andre Hall is assuming the responsibilities within World Omni Financial Corp. that Artusi held prior to his new role. Hall joined JM Family in 2007 supporting corporate functions and JM Service Center, which has since become part of JM Family’s corporate structure. He transitioned to World Omni Financial Corp. in 2011, and was named assistant vice president and deputy general counsel in 2014.
